I didn't get my sign-in link or code

  • Use the email address or mobile number on your church record in Planning Center. If you're not sure which one that is, ask your church office.
  • Check your spam or junk folder for the email.
  • Links and codes last 15 minutes and work once. You can ask for up to 3 in 15 minutes. After that, wait a little and try again.
  • If you replied STOP to a sign-in text, sign in by email instead.

It says I can't sign in

H.O.P.E. Ministries is for adults who are active members or attenders in their church's Planning Center directory. The directory is copied each week, so a change made by the church office can take up to a week to reach the app. Your church office can check your record.

Stop text messages

H.O.P.E. Ministries texts only one-time sign-in codes, when you ask for one. Reply STOP to any of them to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See the text message terms.

Getting other alerts from H.O.P.E. Ministries? Those are notifications or emails, not texts. You can change or turn them off in Me → Settings, as described below.

Stop or change notifications and emails

In Me → Settings, choose how each kind of message reaches you: push, push and email, email only, or in the app only. You can also set quiet hours, or take a break from being asked to help. If push notifications don't arrive, check that notifications are allowed for H.O.P.E. Ministries in your phone's settings.

Leave the app

To leave H.O.P.E. Ministries and delete your account, go to Me → Settings → Leave H.O.P.E. Ministries, or see Leave and delete your account to do it without the app. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for more.
